GENERAL INFORMATION:

Böcker Gluten-Free Bakery Mixes are made with a variety of gluten-free sourdoughs. The gluten free raw materials used allow the dough to be processed with a high dough yield. A variety of baked goods can be made with the different mixes. All mixes are 100% and can be used without milk and eggs in the recipe. For longer freshness and the best aroma.

 

AREAS OF APPLICATION:

It is important to note that the finished baked goods are only gluten-free if there has been no contamination from flour powder containing gluten (rye, wheat, barley, spelt, green kernel, emmer, einkorn, Khorasan wheat and triticale). Suitable gluten-free flours to use during the handling of doughs are, for example, rice flour or corn flour.
