As early as 1910, company founder Ernst Böcker, a pioneer from the very beginning, was developing fermentation methods that set the standards for safe sourdough processes and which are still used in the industry today.
Today’s product range comprises more than 160 different sourdough products, specialty bakery mixes and ready-baked gluten-free products.
